How It Works
By answering a few questions about your company and the project to be worked on the File Builder pulls relevant health and safety documentation from the DIYsafety database to create a bespoke health and safety file. The names, and even signatures, of key persons, will also be pulled through into the relevant sections on the documentation and risk assessments based on your scope of work. Once printed a few further signatures and completing of checklists/registers need to be done and the file will be ready for audit, allowing the contractor to get to work.

Answer a few key questions on your company, key personnel and the project. This shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes.

Option 1
Choose to have the link sent to you but have DIYSafety print the file, place it in a folder and courier it to you.

Option 2
A link will be emailed to you for printing in colour. Print the PDF, place it in a file and sign off in the relevant places.

Submit the file to the safety officer for approval and get to work.
