What does the contractor / user have to supply?2018-05-17T16:01:47+02:00

DIYsafety will supply a comprehensive safety file which is fully compliant in terms of the relevant laws. However, there are certain elements the contractor will need to supply themselves. Such as:

  • Letters of Good Standings;
  • Competency certificates;
  • Signatures in the relevant places from the relevant persons;

However, DIYsafety does offer key appointments to be accompanied by a competency certificate for a small additional fee. In so doing those contractors who do not have employees with these competencies can ensure compliance with key legislation.
